Lisa Blake, a proud U.S. Veteran and food specialist, spent over 25 years learning every facet of restaurant service, from the kitchen's heart to the front counter's smile. Drawing on decades of experience, Lisa saw that Hagerman craved something more - a place where global flavors and hometown comfort come together. With this in mind, the vision for SWEETALEXB CAFE came to life.
Lisa built the cafe around the belief that everyone deserves to savor real, authentic cuisine without leaving their community. Here, Filipino classics and eclectic world dishes meet artisan coffee, vibrant boba drinks, and comforting breakfast and dinner favorites. The mission has always been simple: enrich the everyday with meaningful moments of taste, hospitality, and belonging.
